SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Lioncrest, Inc. d/b/a Lioncrest Roofing & Chimney (“Lioncrest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program description
With your consent, Lioncrest may send non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, scheduling, appointments, callback coordination, estimates, projects, and related customer service. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, Lioncrest may also send occasional promotions and service updates.
Consent and opt-in
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Website forms may be submitted without selecting an SMS consent option. Service/customer-care and promotional text message consent choices are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Lioncrest does not infer SMS consent from form submission alone.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, service activity, and the message categories you selected. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, call 503-660-8761, or email office@lioncrestpdx.com. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests made through other channels as required by applicable law.
Delivery and carriers
Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Lioncrest does not guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms as our program, providers, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
