This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit lioncrestpdx.com, request information, schedule an appointment, call us, or otherwise interact with our advertising and services.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you submit through our website, appointment forms, phone calls, email, text messages, or other communications, including:
- your name, email address, and telephone number;
- the address of the property where you are requesting service;
- the service you are interested in and details about your roof, chimney, siding, windows, painting, or other project;
- requested appointment dates and times;
- messages, photographs, documents, and other information you choose to provide; and
- records of estimates, proposals, appointments, projects, warranties, payments, and customer-service communications.
Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for us to evaluate or provide the requested service.
Website, analytics, and advertising information
When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language;
- pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring page, date and time, and website performance or diagnostic data;
- booking steps viewed and completed, without treating ordinary page views or clicks as completed customer appointments;
- campaign parameters such as UTM values; and
- advertising click identifiers such as
gclid,gbraid,wbraid, and similar identifiers provided by advertising platforms.
We may use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website use. We may use Google Ads and Yelp measurement tools to understand whether advertising led to website visits, calls, appointment requests, or other actions. These services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, or similar technologies, subject to their own policies and settings.
Forms and appointments
When you submit a form or book an appointment, we may collect your contact information, requested service, service address, appointment selection, referral or campaign information, and any notes you provide. Appointment and lead information may be processed in our HighLevel customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can schedule, communicate, prepare estimates, provide service, and maintain business records.
Calls and call measurement
When you call Lioncrest, we may collect the calling number, called number, date and time, call duration, routing information, source or campaign information, and call outcome. We use this information to answer and route calls, evaluate advertising, prevent missed inquiries, and improve service. If we record a call, we will provide notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
Text messages and mobile information
Lioncrest sends text messages only when a person separately opts in to the applicable category of messages. Service and customer-care messages may include inquiry acknowledgments, scheduling conversations, appointment confirmations, callback coordination, and related support. Promotional text messages require a separate optional opt-in. Submitting a website form without selecting an SMS consent option does not by itself provide consent to receive text messages, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any Lioncrest text message to opt out or HELP for help. For additional program terms, see our SMS Terms.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to questions and provide requested estimates, inspections, appointments, and services;
- communicate about scheduling, proposals, projects, warranties, and customer service;
- evaluate property and project requirements and prepare accurate proposals;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and booking experience;
- measure advertising and understand which campaigns generate legitimate inquiries and appointments;
- prevent duplicate conversion reporting, fraud, misuse, and technical errors;
- maintain business, tax, warranty, licensing, insurance, and legal records; and
- comply with law and protect Lioncrest, our customers, and others.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and service providers may use essential, analytics, and advertising cookies or similar technologies. Essential technologies support functions such as security, forms, and appointment booking. Analytics technologies help us understand website performance and use. Advertising technologies help measure campaigns and attribute visits, calls, or appointments to an advertisement.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings and may use privacy controls offered by Google, Yelp, and other platforms. Blocking some technologies may affect website or booking functionality. Where legally required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
